My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The location was convenient, close to the main train station and within walking distance of major tourist spots. Room comfort was a highlight, but the lack of acknowledgment for a special request was a downside.

The hotel is tucked away in a quiet alley but still close to everything. The rooms are very comfortable, but we didn't get a response to our special request email. The dining options were great, but the ice cream was included, which was delightful. Despite being near the metro station, the price was a bit high for what we got.
